With this sales funnel builder, you can create beautiful, profitable sales pages for your opt-ins and product sales.

Systeme.io has all the basic features that a tool of this type may need.

However, compared to its competitors, Systeme.io still lacks a lot, at least for now.

For example, Systeme.io does not yet have the ability to create surveys and quizzes, does not have integrated SMS messaging capabilities, doesn’t let to create eCommerce type sites, and so on.

What Are Systeme.io Limitations?

Systeme.io does not have any third-party integrations.

Customer care may not assist you because of the company’s demo library.

Still, if you search through the library, you will get helpful advice and commentary from Aurelian. The startup strategy and A/B testing don’t enable a custom domain.

Also, Systeme.io puts all tracking codes in the same group, making it difficult to keep track of the sales funnels created.

Unfortunately, Systeme.io isn’t adapted for use as an eCommerce platform.

While you can sell physical products on Systeme.io, the platform simply isn’t designed to display large catalogs of products the way that traditional eCommerce platforms like Shopify are.

Systeme.io is much better for selling one or just a few products rather than dozens or hundreds of different products the way that Amazon and similar eCommerce businesses do.

With Systeme.io, you don’t have to worry about managing your contacts separately.

Systeme.io allows you to keep track of a contact’s history from the very beginning, making it much easier to determine which details are most important, such as:

My Verdict And Rating

So, as you can see from this list – Systeme.io has a lot and very interesting features.

Most of the time, they all work as separate tools, but they fit together perfectly.

Compared to other competitors, Systeme.io doesn’t have that many features, but it turned out to be pretty complete for me.

In addition, on the Systeme.io platform, you will still find all the key features you need to sell products and services. These include sales funnel builder, payment management, membership site builder, email marketing, integrated affiliate program, etc.

So, I think that Systeme.io is flexible enough to meet the expectations of most consumers.

The only problem I see is that Systeme.io isn’t an eCommerce-friendly option.

MANAGEMENT AND USER EXPERIENCE: How Easy Is It to Set up And Use Systeme.io?

When you first log in to Systeme.io, you will see a simple dashboard with your main statistics.

In the upper right corner, there is a drop-down menu. The quick links for Systeme.io features are conveniently located there.

Each feature has its own set of choices, which you can access by clicking on it. You will find a shortcut to the feature option you want at the top of each feature page.

Setting up Systeme.io

There is a drop-down icon next to the menu lets you customize your personal information and account preferences. You will find a list of all the payment plans on offer.

And here are the basic settings you can manage by clicking the Settings button.

The following is the Products/Sales section.

1. Products/Sales

This menu is followed by the following sub-menu items:

– Physical Products

In the Physical Products menu section, you can provide all the necessary information about your products.

For example, product names, their sizes, colors, and so on.

– Coupons

In the Coupons section, you can create and manage coupons for your potential buyers.

You can set both Fixed Amount and Percentage Discount coupons.

Also expiration date and set coupon limits.

– Orders

In the Orders section, you will be able to see manage all your orders.

And take appropriate action if necessary.

– Transactions

In the Transactions section, you can see all the transactions made by your users.

Also, if necessary, refunds, download invoices, etc. can be made in this section.

– Subscriptions

In the Subscriptions section, you can see all your user subscriptions and cancel them if necessary.

– Affiliate Invoices

In the Affiliate Invoices section, you can see the invoices of your affiliate partners.

Here you can see their status and take the appropriate action (e.g. make payments to your affiliate partners).

– Courses

In this section, you can create and manage your own courses and curricula and their modules.

– Courses Bundles

In the Course Bundles section, you can simply pack several courses into one bundle and sell them in one sales funnel.

You can sell them as a single product, add them as an upsell or downsell, and so on.

– Students

In this section, you will see a list of your students who have purchased your course.

– My Affiliate Program

In the My Affiliate Program section, you can view complete sales statistics for your affiliate partners and manage your affiliate program settings.

In the Emails section, you can manage everything related to email marketing.

This section consists of two main menu items:

– Newsletter

The Newsletter page allows you to manage and create newsletters for your subscribers.

The newsletter tool has two editors:

1. Visual Editor – create visual newsletters (you can choose from several ready-made templates)
2. Classic Editor – A simple email editor for creating text newsletters.

– Campaigns

In the Email Campaigns section, you can create automated newsletter series for your subscribers.

With the help of this tool, it is possible to create automatic newsletters for your subscribers and determine when and in what order they should be sent.

– Statistics

In the Statistics menu, you will find aggregate statistics about all your newsletters.

5. Funnels

The Funnels section has an integrated sales funnel builder.

 

This is practically the main point around which the whole Systeme.io system revolves.

There are 4 types of funnels you can create:

1. Build an Audience. This is the simplest funnel structure. It includes only a squeeze page and an opt-in thank you page. The purpose of this funnel is primarily to build your email list.
2. Sell. A sales funnel is unique in that it comes preloaded with a customizable Offer for and thank you page. This funnel is used to generate sales for your business.
3. Custom. The custom funnel is perfect for those who have experience building funnels, as it has a blank template, and you use it to create any kind of page that you want.
4. Run an Evergreen Webinar. The Webinar funnel is a specially designed, 3-page funnel that is optimized to sell your webinars. The Webinar option is only available on Webinars and Enterprise subscriptions.

In the Contact section, you will find all your subscribers, free trial users, buyers, etc.

You can also segment them here by a variety of criteria, such as Contact type, country, tag, activity, referred by an affiliate, and so on.
