If you’ve ever searched for a ClickFunnels agency account, you probably came up empty.
That’s because ClickFunnels has never officially advertised one.
But here’s the thing – it does exist.
I recently found out there’s actually a way to get one, and on top of that, keep 100% of the revenue from your clients.
In this post, I’m going to walk you through exactly how it works.

Who Is This Actually For?
Before we get into the details, let’s talk about who this makes sense for.
This is a great opportunity if you’re working with individual clients or running a full agency.
It’s a fantastic offer if you want to either earn extra income on top of your services or provide better quality to your clients by using ClickFunnels as the core platform for their sales pages.
What Is a ClickFunnels Agency Account?
A ClickFunnels agency account lets you set up separate ClickFunnels accounts for your clients, users, or whoever you’re serving.
It lets you own your little ClickFunnels operation under one roof – you manage the accounts, and you keep 100% of the revenue from your users.
And I’ll explain exactly why that matters in a moment.
The Only Way to Get a ClickFunnels Agency Account
To get a ClickFunnels agency account, you need to sign up for the One Comma Club Challenge.
Now, the One Comma Club Challenge is a training course that teaches how to earn your first $1,000 online using ClickFunnels.
And during that training, you’ll be offered the chance to purchase their special offer called Funnel Builder Certification.
That’s where the agency account comes in.
What Is Funnel Builder Certification?
Funnel Builder Certification is a certificate that proves you can provide funnel-building services to clients.
It gives you the credibility to charge for what you do.
But here’s what makes it interesting: when you purchase the Funnel Builder Certification, you also get a ClickFunnels lifetime account with 50 agency (reseller) accounts included.
That’s the hidden agency account right there.
How Much Does It Cost?
The Funnel Builder Certification starts at $5,500 total, plus a $297 annual maintenance and support fee – paid once per year after that.
Now, you don’t pay all $5,500 upfront.
Here’s how the payment structure breaks down:
- $997 down payment to get started
- Then you choose one of two options:
- Pay $4,500 immediately (total: $5,500 with the down payment)
- OR split it into 3 installments of $1,800 (which comes out a bit higher than the lump sum)
One thing worth noting about the $297 annual fee: I honestly don’t know what happens if you decide not to pay it – whether your ClickFunnels account and all the sub-accounts would get shut down, or whether you’d just lose access to support and updates.
That’s something you’d want to clarify directly with ClickFunnels support before committing.
Update: I reached out to ClickFunnels support to get a clear answer on this, and here’s what they told me:
Turns out, if you stop paying the annual fee, your entire account gets disabled – funnels, sub-accounts, everything.
So that means you will not just lose support or updates; you will lose access to the platform completely until you pay the annual fee.
How the Agency Accounts Actually Work
Once you have the Funnel Builder Certification, you get access to 50 separate ClickFunnels accounts you can set up for your clients.
Here’s how it works in practice:
Your clients get full access to ClickFunnels and all shared infrastructure.
Your clients get access to ClickFunnels 2.0 on the Launch Plan, which includes:
- Unlimited funnels
- 1 workspace
- 2 team members
- 10,000 contacts
- 50,000 emails per month
- 3 courses
- 5 custom domains
- Unlimited visitors
- Group onboarding calls
- AI tools (1M words)
- Standard support
Now, you’re probably wondering – what happens if one of your clients needs higher limits?
I reached out to ClickFunnels support to get an answer to this question.
Here’s what they told me:
So, as you can see, if a client needs anything beyond their current limits, it’s possible to add extra features – but it’ll cost a one-time $100 fee per app per workspace.
It’s also important to note that if you have a ClickFunnels agency account, you get a single dashboard from which you can easily switch between your client accounts.
So you’re not logging in and out of separate accounts all the time, which makes things a lot more practical.
For that, they pay $97 per month – and you keep 100% of that revenue.
One important thing to note: you cannot sell these accounts for less than $97 per month.
That’s because if you could sell it for a lower price, you’d be creating direct competition for ClickFunnels itself, and they’re not going to allow that.
But that absolutely makes sense.
The Earnings Potential
Let’s do the simple math.
You have 50 agency accounts.
Each one goes for $97 per month.
If you managed to fill all 50 accounts, that’s nearly $5,000 per month – and that’s pure profit going straight to you.
Obviously, filling all 50 takes time and work. But even 10 or 15 clients get you to a very meaningful recurring revenue number.
And since this is on top of whatever services you’re already offering, it stacks nicely.
Why Is This Better Than Just Using the ClickFunnels Affiliate Program?
This is a fair question, because ClickFunnels does have its own affiliate program.
Here’s the difference:
As a ClickFunnels affiliate, you earn around 30% of sales. That’s it. ClickFunnels keeps the rest.
With the agency account, you keep 100% of what your clients pay.
Every dollar your clients pay for their ClickFunnels accounts goes directly to you. All of it.
That’s a fundamentally different business model, and for anyone seriously building an agency, it’s a much stronger position.
You Can Bundle ClickFunnels Accounts With Your Services
Yes, and this is actually where it gets interesting.
You don’t have to sell the ClickFunnels account as a standalone thing.
You can bundle it into your overall service package.
For example, let’s say you offer agency services for $1,000 per month.
You can include the ClickFunnels account in that package – so your client gets your services AND the ClickFunnels account, all for one price.
It adds real value to what you’re offering without you having to charge extra separately.
What If You Need More Than 50 Accounts?
Honestly?
I don’t know the exact answer here because I’ve never personally encountered this situation.
My best guess is that you’d need to reach out to ClickFunnels support directly and ask.
I’d imagine they could increase the number for an additional fee – but I can’t confirm that.
If you’re at the point where 50 accounts aren’t enough, you’re doing really well, and it’s definitely worth asking them directly.
Update: I also personally asked this question directly to ClickFunnels support.
According to them, once you hit the 50 sub-account limit, you can’t add more unless you remove an existing one – and right now there’s no option to purchase additional sub-accounts.
So at this point, 50 is the hard limit.
That said, I noticed they specifically said “at this time,” which to me suggests this could change down the road, especially if enough people start requesting it.
But for now, that’s the reality you need to plan around.
Is This Worth It?
If you’re already working as a freelancer or running an agency (or you’re planning to), then yes, I think this is worth it.
It’s a pretty solid way to either increase your revenue or add more value to the services you’re already offering.
And when you think about it, you only need a handful of clients to start getting your investment back.
