Most people use Systeme.io to build funnels, sell courses, and grow their online businesses.
But with the White Label feature, you can take things a step further.
Instead of simply using Systeme.io for your own business, you can now rebrand the platform, create your own pricing plans, manage your own users, and sell it under your own brand.
You keep 100% of the revenue.
In this tutorial, I’ll show you exactly how the Systeme.io White Label feature works, how to set it up step-by-step, and how to start creating white-label user accounts for your own SaaS business.

So, First of All, What Is Systeme.io White Label?
The Systeme.io White Label feature (also known as the Systeme.io Reseller) allows you to rebrand Systeme.io as your own platform.
In other words, instead of sending people directly to Systeme.io, you can:
- Use your own domain
- Add your own branding
- Create your own pricing plans
- Manage your own users
- Sell accounts under your own brand
Your users will basically see your platform while everything runs on Systeme.io’s infrastructure behind the scenes.
Which Plans Include this Feature?
One important thing to understand is that the White Label feature is available across various tiers, but your ability to resell specific packages depends on your current active Systeme.io plan:
| Your Systeme.io Plan | What You Can Resell |
| Free Plan | Free Plan only |
| Startup Plan | Free & Startup Plans |
| Webinar Plan | Free, Startup, & Webinar Plans |
| Unlimited Plan | All Plans (Free, Startup, Webinar, Unlimited) |
As you can see, the higher your personal Systeme.io plan, the more advanced software tiers you can offer your customers.
How to Activate the Reseller Feature
You need a Systeme.io account first, which you can get here.
If you already have an account, then you need to activate the white-label feature first.
To activate this feature, log in to your Systeme.io dashboard.
Then:
- Go to Dashboard
- Click Reseller Dashboard
- Press Activate White Label
Once you do that, Systeme.io will ask you to select a custom domain connected to your account.
A pop-up will appear asking you to select your domain.
This should be a domain you’ve already connected to your Systeme.io account.
Pick it and click “Save.”
If you haven’t connected a domain yet, don’t worry. I have a separate tutorial showing you how to do that in just a few minutes.
Just check this video:
By the way, if you’re not using a domain registrar yet, this Dynadot link should unlock some domain discounts.
Once activated, you’ll see a user management panel.
It’ll look empty at first since you don’t have any users yet.
But that’s absolutely normal. I’ll get to that part later.
Configure the White Label Settings
Now, click on “White Label Settings” in the left side menu.
This is where the main configuration happens.
1. Enter Your Business Name
The first thing you need to do is enter your business name.
This is the company name that will show up in the emails your platform sends to users.
2. Set Up DNS Records
Next, you need to configure DNS records.
I know – this part sounds intimidating. But it’s actually pretty simple.
Systeme.io will show you the DNS data you need to add.
Copy the first value from the Name field and head over to your domain registrar.
I’m using Dynadot, so I’ll show you how it works there.
If you’re using something else, the process should look very similar with most domain registrars.
So, go to your domain management panel, select your domain, then go to DNS settings.
Paste what you copied into the Subdomain field.
💡 Now here’s a small thing with Dynadot – it automatically appends your domain name to whatever you type.
So you only need to leave the asterisk (*) character there.
If you’re using a different registrar, you may need to paste the full value.
This can vary, so just double-check.
Then, for the Record Type, select CNAME.
Then go back to Systeme.io, copy the contents of the Target field.
Return to your registrar, paste them into the Destination field, and click Save settings.
One thing to keep in mind:
3. Set Up Your Email
Next, you’ll need to choose the email address used for your White Label users.
I’d highly recommend verifying your email address before doing this.
Otherwise, you may run into deliverability issues later.
You should also properly authenticate your domain if you want your emails to land more reliably in inboxes rather than spam folders.
I have another tutorial covering how to do email verification.
You can watch it here:
4. Connect Your Payment Integration
Since you keep 100% of what your users pay, Systeme.io doesn’t handle those payments for you.
You need to connect your own payment gateway.
To do that, on the Price plans page, click “Please add a compatible provider.”
On the next page, you’ll see the available payment integrations – Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and others.
Pick the one that works best for you, click “Connect,” and follow the instructions to finish the setup.
That way, when your users upgrade their plan, the money goes straight to your account.
5. Customize Your Brand Appearance
Now for the fun part – making it look like yours.
In the brand appearance section, you can choose your brand colors, upload your logo, and add a favicon.
I played around with these settings, and it actually looks really good when you put some effort into it.
This is what your users will see every time they log in.
So, if you want users to actually trust your platform, make it look like a real product.
Set Up Your Price Plans
Next, go back to the left-side menu and click “Price Plans.”
When you activate the White Label feature, a default English pricing plan gets created automatically.
You can edit it to match your own pricing.
They do this so you don’t undercut the original product. Which makes sense.
If you want to add a pricing plan in a different language, click “Add New Language,” select the language, then click Add.
You can also choose which currency to use.
Just make sure you have a payment method that supports that currency. Otherwise, it won’t work.
To customize a plan, click Edit next to the plan you want to change.
You can adjust the plan names, set your own prices, configure tax behavior, add access to resources such as courses, and set up upgrade and thank-you pages.
Once you’re happy with everything, press Save. Then repeat the same process for your other plans.
Edit Your Public Pages
Once pricing is set, you need to configure your public-facing pages.
Go to the left side menu and click “Public Pages.”
This takes you into the Systeme.io page builder.
When the White Label feature is activated, Systeme.io automatically creates several pages for you — Home Page, About Us, Pricing, Contact Us, and so on.
You just need to edit them and adjust everything to match your brand.
If you want to add a page that wasn’t created automatically, click the plus button on the left side.
Enter the page name, choose whether to add it to the header menu, and press Save.
You can also adjust each page separately for each language, which is nice if you’re targeting multiple markets.
When you’re done editing, press Save and then Exit.
How to Sell Systeme.io White Label Accounts
Ok, now comes the next part:
How to actually create and sell accounts?
To do that, you need to create an opt-in funnel that registers new users.
So, here’s what you need to do:
Go to the Sites section, then click on “Sales Funnels.”
Click the Create button, and a new funnel configuration pop-up will appear.
Enter your funnel name, choose the domain assigned to this funnel, select “Build an Audience,” pick the currency you’ll use, and click Save.
On the funnel configuration page, choose an opt-in template that you like and customize it to fit your needs.
After that, go to the Automation Rules section.
Click “Add Rule.”
In the pop-up, click Trigger and select the Funnel step form subscribed.
Then, in the Action section, choose “Create a New WL User” and select which language it applies to.
Then click Save.
That’s it.
Your funnel is now set up to automatically create new White Label accounts when someone opts in.
Next, Test Your White Label Setup
Open the opt-in page you created, enter an email address, and click the Submit button.
Make sure this email is not associated with any existing Systeme.io account.
The new user should receive a confirmation email with a link.
When they click it, they’ll see a registration form.
After entering their details and pressing Save, a new account gets created, and they’re redirected to your branded dashboard.
If they want to upgrade later, they have to go to Settings, click My Plan, and choose their plan.
How to Manage Your Users & Support
Inside the Reseller dashboard, you’ll see all your users listed.
If you click the three dots next to any user and select Impersonate, you’ll be taken directly into their dashboard.
You can see and configure everything exactly as they would.
💡 An important note on support:
This impersonation feature is incredibly powerful for providing customer support.
Keep in mind that because this is your unique SaaS brand, you are responsible for handling first-tier customer support for your users.
Systeme.io’s help desk will not respond to support tickets from your white-label clients.
Wrapping Up
That’s the entire process.
Once everything is set up, you’ve got a fully branded SaaS product ready to sell.
You’re using Systeme.io’s infrastructure, but your users only see your brand.
And you keep 100% of what they pay.
Not a bad way to start a SaaS business without writing a single line of code.
If you don’t have a Systeme.io account yet, get started here and try the white-label feature.
So, good luck with your new SaaS business.
