The website editor is intuitive and user-friendly and comes with a ton of well-designed templates that you can choose from.

The pages are 100% mobile responsive and seamlessly integrate with other parts of your website.

What I like most about GroovePages is, all the main functions are displayed on the side of your screen when editing.

Thus you can easily pick elements and drop them to where you want to be located on your page.

2. GrooveSell

GrooveSell is a shopping cart platform and a powerful sales management system that lets you sell digital products and services.

It is very similar to ThriveCart except it is still in beta, and it is a free service.

With GrooveSell, there are no transactions or monthly fees.

So, you can make so much more money selling your digital products with GrooveSell at zero costs.

GrooveSells accepts multiple payment gateways such as credit cards, PayPal, GroovePay, Stripe, etc.

For me, GrooveAffiliates is very similar to TapAffiliate, just it is offered for free.

4. GrooveMail

GrooveMail is an email marketing autoresponder and automation platform.

It allows you to send automated email messages to your contact list.

While I was using GrooveMember, the interface was a bit old-fashioned and looked out of date.

But, Groove Developers have done numerous updates since then to make the tool more secure and working well.

GrooveMmeber currently even has a certification option you can use to graduate your members.

I found GrooveMember a little more shallow than other platforms like Kartra, which offer a complete package for creating a membership site and courses.

6. GrooveKart

GrooveKart is a robust e-commerce platform for Print on Demand (POD) and dropshipping stores, built with powerful features that increase sales conversion rates and turn shoppers into buyers.

It easily connects to major dropshipping apps (Stripe, Shopify, FedEx Shipstation) while also giving you instant access to important metrics such as revenue or conversion rates so you can stay focused on what really matters, driving more traffic.

I particularly love GrooveKart because it integrates with other third-party tools like Zapier (the mother of all integrations), Klaviyo, Google Analytics, FB messenger, etc., for free.

GrooveKart accepts various payment gateways, i.e., Stripe, PayPal therefore, you don’t have to worry about collecting payments.

Unlike other platforms like Shopify, GrooveKart comes with everything in-built therefore, you don’t have to pay for different themes or any installation.

Note, there is GrooveSell and GrooveKart. GrooveSell is for selling digital products, while GrooveKart is an eCommerce app for selling physical products.

GrooveWebinar is an inbuilt webinar platform for automated and live streaming presentations.

This means you don’t have to bother about hosting, setting up schedules, or special software.

As can be seen from the table above, Groove.cm contains nearly every functionality you could need.

The booking calendar, help desk, surveys, and quizzes are the three things I would want to see added.

The good news is that if you need any of these functionalities, integrations can often help.

What Are Groove.cm Limitations?

Although Groove.cm’s strength is its Groove tools, the features can make creating a website or starting a business frustrating.

What I noticed is that using the interface can be a challenge, and it’s not as effective as other platforms.

Even the drag-and-drop editor may benefit from some improvements.

Now and again, there are bugs. Also, only a few of Groove.cm’s features are currently available.

However, Groove’s developers continue to add new features and tools.

Groove.cm Benefits: What Can Groove.cm Be Used for?

Groove.cm can create a website from scratch, and build a sales funnel.

You can also grow your email list, craft high-converting marketing campaigns, collect leads, and so much more.

1. Build Sales Funnel

Groove.cm has an integrated tool called Groove Funnels that is specifically dedicated to building sales funnels.

You can create a full sales funnel using Groove inbuilt tools without hiring a programmer.

Groove.cm allows building different types of sales funnels such as digital or physical product funnel, membership funnels, eCommerce funnels, etc.

This platform also gives you the liberty of adding pop-ups, alert bars, testimonials, CTA buttons, and a bunch of other elements to your pages in your sales funnel.

2. Build Membership Sites

Inside Groove.cm you’ll find a tool called GrooveMember that is specifically dedicated to creating membership sites.

You can build different tier accounts on multiple levels, drip content to be released to your customers in intervals, and so much more.

Groove.cm membership sites also include a Customer Management System (CMS), enabling the production and distribution of your content to members.

3. Build Membership Sites

Groove.cm has a special app called GrooveKart that allows users to build eCommerce sites easily.

With this platform, you can easily create your own product catalogs and start selling them online.

It will also allow your customers to create a personal account for an easier shopping experience.

The shopping cart software also lets you accept payments and manage them easily.

4. Sell Digital Products

Groove.cm has a special tool known as GrooveSell designed to sell digital products.

You can create an online store that sells your digital products or build a blog to market and sell your products without integrating any third-party software.

5. Collect Leads

Groove.cm provides opt-in forms and a form builder, that allows you to collect leads from multiple points of your sales funnel or website.

Using Groove.cm form builder, you can collect your visitors’ information and turn them into subscribers through their email marketing software.

Groove.cm form builder offers ready-made templates with a variety of customization options.

You can create an opt-in form, create a lead magnet and link your form to GrooveMail as your email marketing provider.

6. Run Email Marketing Campaigns

Groove.cm has GrooveMail, which is an in-built email marketing platform that enables you to send newsletters and marketing campaigns to your subscribers.

Since Groove.cm currently works as a seamlessly integrated system, once your leads opt-in to your subscription, they are automatically added to your email list.

The best part is, you can do all these without integrating a third-party tool.

7. Setup And Run Webinars

Using Groove.cm, you can set up and run automated and live webinars through Groove inbuilt apps.

Groove.cm also gives you the liberty to turn existing webinars into evergreen webinars, create webinar funnels and engage your audience during and after the webinar with pop-ups, surveys, polls, CTAs, etc.

The features help you give your customers a more personalized experience during webinars.

Nevertheless, Groove.cm also integrates with third-party services like GoToWebinar, Zoom, or Google Hangouts if you’re more comfortable with it.

My Verdict And Rating

So, as you can see from this list Groove.cm has many very interesting features.

One of the drawbacks I currently see is that many of the features that Groove.cm advertises are not yet available.

However, they clearly show what tools are planned to be developed and what the potential of Groove.cm is.

So, I think that Groove.cm is flexible enough to meet the expectations of most consumers.

MANAGEMENT AND USER EXPERIENCE: How Easy Is It to Set up And Use Groove.cm?

As soon as you log in to Groove.cm, you see a clean and straightforward dashboard.

You can find basic account options on the right-hand side of the dashboard page.

There, you can set up your basic personal information and account settings.

You can quickly access Groove apps by clicking on the quick links at the top of the page.

You can open all apps by clicking on them, and each function has its own set of options.

At the top of each app page, you will discover a shortcut to the feature you’re looking for. It lets you configure Groove functions for unique features in a single location.

Setting up Groove.cm Apps

Let’s take a look at each of them:

1. GroovePages App Dashboard

The first is the GroovePages section where you can create pages for your website.

GroovePages has an integrated drag-and-drop page builder.

This tool will allow you to create pages with absolutely no coding knowledge.

2. GrooveFunnels App Dashboard

Next is the GrooveFunnels section.

True what’s in this place is interesting that by clicking on the GrooveFunnels menu bar I was redirected to the GroovePages app.

Groove.cm does not have a separate app for its sales funnel builder. Key sales funnel features are integrated into GroovePages and GrooveSell apps.

3. GrooveSell App Dashboard

The following is the GrooveSell app dashboard that allows you to upload your products or services and sell them easily.

From here you can create and manage checkout forms, manage your sales funnels, get all the sales data and so much more.

4. GrooveAffiliate App Dashboard

In the GrooveAffiliate dashboard, you can immediately see your affiliate program sales data (if you have it).

However, what is interesting is that affiliate partners can be managed through the GrooveSell app.

Quite a strange navigation solution. And that’s a little confusing.

5. GrooveMail App Dashboard

in the GrooveMail dashboard, you can set everything related to email marketing campaigns.

Here you will be able to see all your leads, email lists, set up automation campaigns, email broadcasts, and more.

6. GrooveMember App Dashboard

On the GrooveMember dashboard, you can create your own membership site.

In this app, you will be able to upload your training, add instructors, see full statistics, and more.

7. GrooveVideo App Dashboard

Below is the GrooveVideo dashboard.

In this section, you can upload your videos, add video elements (such as opt-in form, CTA, or text overlay), view their statistics, and more.

It’s a flexible and fun enough tool to take your video marketing to the next level.

8. GrooveBlog App Dashboard

In the GrooveBlog dashboard, you can create a fully functional and SEO-optimized blog for your website.

With GrooveBlog you can change and edit your theme, create pages and posts, set up categories and do everything that you can do with other blogging platforms.

9. GrooveKart App Dashboard

Next is GrooveKart.

I must say that this is a very cool feature. Especially if you’re in an eCommerce business.

GrooveKart not only lets you create your eCommerce store. But it has all the required tools to start a dropshipping business.

10. GrooveWebinar App Dashboard

And finally, there’s a GrooveWebinar app dashboard.

GrooveWebinar has everything you could need to set up and run your own webinar.

Here you can upload an already recorded automated webinar, set up polls and surveys, canned responses, and more.

My Verdict And Rating: Is Groove.cm Easy to Use?

What struck me most about the Groove.cm platform is that the layout of the features is not very clear.
Sometimes it was hard to understand how some of their apps work.

For example, it turns out that there is no such separate GrooveFunnels app. The Funnel building function is performed by the GroovePages app.

A very similar situation is with the GrooveAffiliate app. By clicking on GrooveAffiliate you are simply redirected to the section of the GrooveSell app for managing affiliates.
This means that all management of the affiliate program is part of the GrooveSell app – not a standalone app.

And that redirection of apps through each other is a bit of a distraction to get to where you are and what specifically needs to be done.

True, with other apps everything seems to be in order. Management is clear and understandable enough. And at least I, personally, didn’t face any major difficulties. I especially enjoyed the GroovePages and GrooveKart app management and UX.

My rating for Groove.cm management and UX: 3.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

SPEED AND PERFORMANCE: How Fast Is Groove.cm?

For the next test, I’ve tested Groove.cm’s loading speed and performance.

This is a fairly important metric as the speed of a website affects both the user experience and even its ability to rank in search engines.

How Has Groove.cm’s Speed And Performance Been Measured?

To measure Groove.cm loading speed and performance I took 10 random websites that were created with Groove.cm and measured their loading speed with the following online tools:

Speed Test Results

First, I used the GTMterix program to check the loading speed of these websites.

This test allowed me to see what the actual loading speed of the pages created with Groove.cm is.

Let’s look at the results I got:

As you can see from the table above, of pages created with Groove.cm is on average. Five sites performed well, four mediocre, and one was now so well.

While the fastest website loaded in just 0.93 seconds, the slowest took up to 10.7 seconds to load completely.

And that is a relatively standard result.

Performance Test Results

Next, lets take a closer look at the performance results.

I tested these pages using the Google PageSpeed Insights software.

Using this tool, you get a performance score out of 100 based on how fast your website loads.

It assesses how quickly a website is visible, how long it takes for a user to interact with it, and how visually stable the page’s contents are.

As shown by my tests, Groove.cm’s desktop performance is excellent.

While PC performance was superb, mobile device performance was lackluster.

A score of at least 80 out of a possible 100 is good.

And as the table shows, the desktop’s performance was superior to the mobile score.

My Verdict And Rating

My tests have shown that Groove.cm loading speed and performance are average.

I found that on average it took about 4.25 seconds to load pages created by the Groove.cm platform.

Also, the average performance was rated 76.5 out of 100 for desktop users and only 42.9 out of 100 for mobile users.

And these are not the most impressive results.

True, when I tried to load these pages in my browser, it didn’t seem to me to have a very long loading speed. However, for visitors with slower internet, this may feel more.

My rating for Groove.cm speed and performance: 3.0 ⭐⭐⭐

SECURITY: How Safe Is It to Use Groove.cm?

Next, let’s analyze how Groove.cm cares about security and how safe it is to use this platform.

To assess the security of the Groove.cm platform, I will try to assess how Groove.cm complies with the following security requirements:

Groove.cm is PCI SSC-compliant and adheres to industry best practices to ensure that your entire online business and customers have a safe buying experience.

It includes software developers and device manufacturers, and also organizations that store, process or send cardholder data.

And Groove.cm fully complies with these safety requirements.

Data Encryption

Groove.cm uses a direct, safe, encrypted connection between the payment gateway and customers.

This platform encrypts customers’ payment data.

As a result, Groove.cm does not keep or have access to any payment data that passes through their systems.

Data Breach

After a comprehensive investigation, I couldn’t find any data breaches in any databases.

Groove.cm has not yet faced any of these issues, but it does not rule out the possibility of it happening in the future.

How Else Does Groove.cm Care About Security?

Multiple firewalls and Cloudflare security safeguard all user data.

It includes the personal information they gather about their leads and clients.

Besides, there is no central Groove.cm database to attack.

There is a separate database for each Groove user account.

Groove.cm’s security measures make it nearly hard for anyone to get their hands on any data.

My Verdict And Rating

As you can see from the information above, Groove.cm really cares about its safety.

And I have no doubt that groove.cm’s security requirements will improve as technology advances.

Therefore, I think it is really safe enough to use the Groove.cm platform.
