Welcome to my SUPER in-depth Builderall review.
In this review I’ll also show you:
As a person who has tested Builderall (I guarantee you this is 100% true), I’ll help you understand what this tool is all about and how you can benefit from it.
Let’s get right into it.
Affiliate Disclaimer: I am an independent Builderall Affiliate, not an employee. I receive referral payments from Builderall. The opinions expressed here are my own and are not official statements of Builderall.
Builderall is a cloud-based marketing platform with 30+ different tools and features that are dedicated to creating different types of websites, running marketing campaigns, and selling products and services at the same time.
With its multiple functionalities, you can use Builderall for various purposes, from building websites and blogs to capturing leads and sending email campaigns.
Builderall was created and launched back in 2011 by Erick Salgado.
Since it was first introduced in the market, Builderall has undergone numerous modifications and updates.
It went from Builderall 3.0 to Builderall 4.0, launched on 1st October 2020 with new and improved tools and updated packages plans.
In the new Builderall 4.0, they fixed all bugs, and we now have a very stable tool that can build and automate almost any type of website for almost any type of business.
Builderall 4.0 came with a lot of exciting new features onboard.
I signed up for Builderall just to check it out and see what this tool is about.
A few years ago, this was one of the few choices as an alternative to ClickFunnels (there are many more now). And that intrigued me to take a closer look at it.
To be honest, my first impression of this tool was very poor.
It was a cumbersome, very hard-to-master tool that was very difficult to use. There was no way I could understand why people chose this product as an alternative to ClickFunnels.
But I have to admit that after the last re-launch of Builderall 4.0 which added a bunch of new features and revamped a bunch of things – it became a way better tool.
They have cleared up a lot of bugs, added some much-needed updates to the existing tools, and introduced several new tools.
However, at the same time, I still see some room for improvement.
So let’s take a look at my observations.
Despite the fact that Builderall is putting a lot of effort into UX, it is still their weak point.
I still find Builderall a little bit confusing.
This is because it has three different website builders, which are a lot similar to each other.
Each builder has different templates.
Don’t get me wrong, I completely understand the concept of the more, the merrier, but being presented with numerous options made the entire website builder process a little long-winded.
Also, their category menu was confusing.
They seemed to be randomly placed with some fitting different page types and other business types.
At the same time, all builders use the same category, search filters, yet not every category fits the various builders.
This whole back and forth made my head spiral for a second.
Other drawbacks I’ve noticed with Builderall:
Builderall can do almost anything you need:
Let’s take a look at a few of them:
Builderall offers you the tools to help you build a website and eCommerce store without hiring a programmer or outsourcing services.
All you have to do is add your products to the Builderall marketplace, set the prices, and customers will be able to pay.
Builderall also gives you the liberty to create your pop-up messages, coupons, discount codes and customize the site as you please to suit your products.
These aspects highly contribute to offering your customers an enhanced and personalized shopping experience.
Builderall features an eCommerce Integration tool that will enable you to create and maintain your eCommerce store.
There are also other eCommerce tools available such as coupons, check-outs, and pop-ups, among others.
Builderall has also everything you need to build membership sites.
You can make your site or some parts of it exclusive and only accessible through membership sign-up.
For example, you can have a VIP section that offers unlimited products, exclusive discounts, or content and requires a membership fee to access it.
That doesn’t mean you have to charge for access to your membership site.
Instead, you can use it to give your customers a sense of belonging or as a lead magnet to capture your prospects’ details.
Builderall has great sales funnels templates designed with the primary purpose of increasing sales and conversion rates.
The funnel builder has numerous features you can utilize, such as upselling, two and three steps checkouts, integrations, and so much more.
Builderall is an excellent tool for:
Since Builderall is a cloud-based platform, it is a good option for small business who are getting into the online scenery and know very little about downloading and installing software.
It is also ideal for marketers who want to start selling products and services online with little or no coding skills, and they don’t know where to start.
Just look at these features Builderall has to offer:
Of course, it’s impossible to review all of them. But let’s take a look at some of the key features:
Generally, Builderall offers 3 different website builders:
The drag-and-drop Cheetah website builder is the most flexible website builder out of the three Builderall has to offer.
It lets you build your website in 3 styles; mobile, desktop, and tablets and gives you the freedom to decide how your site will look.
However, this means spending more time on a single site.
The platform simply alters your site to fit different views on desktop, mobile phone, or tablet.
Despite it being less time-consuming, it limits the amount of control you have in crafting your perfect site.
With the Builderall Cheetah website builder, you can either build a website from scratch or build a website from one of their suggested templates.
Inside the builder, you’ll find many pre-styled blocks along with a ton of elements (like text blocks, buttons, accordions, countdown timers, email opt-in forms, and many more) you can drag onto the page.
In other words, you should find everything you need to create a well-functioning and functional page.
The Builderall funnel builder (which is called Cheetah Funnel Builder) is designed to help you create fully functioning sales funnels in a matter of minutes.
Builderall sales funnels builder gives you control to build your funnels visually, interactive, social, and intuitive.
Each sales funnels templates are designed to increase sales and conversion rates, exactly what every online business needs.
The sales funnels templates can help you create landing pages, check-out pages, and so much more.
It’s also important to note that once a funnel is generated, you can simulate various forecast metrics of that funnel.
Another feature that I want to talk about is the Builderall MailingBoss autoresponder.
This is an email marketing tool that allows you to carry out email marketing campaigns.
Unlike other email marketing tools, MailingBoss has no limits in the number of emails to unlimited recipients.
This means you can launch multiple campaigns as you want.
Sounds pretty impressive, right?
When using MailingBoss, you can:
If you don’t want to invest in additional email marketing software – then it might be another added benefit to choose Builderall.
Mockup Studio is a SPECIAL Builderall tool that will help you create and edit beautiful videos and images for your website, products, and services. Without having to start from scratch or hire a web designer.
With the help of this tool, you’ll be able to add images and videos anywhere whether it’s your mobile screen, TV screen, picture frame, or any other area.
With Mockup Studio, you can create a wide variety of content such as:
There are a number of templates available that you can edit and adapt to your product or service.
Builderall also has pre-designed templates prepared for its users to use.
The fully optimized extensive range of templates caters to different users in various niches.
Builderall has pre-built templates to create:
The templates are in different categories, for example, music, agency, beauty, travel, education news, etc.
Once you select the template you prefer, you can customize it with a Builderall Builder.
These fully optimized templates are great for beginners who lack design and creativity skills.
But, if you’re a guru, Builderall also provides blank templates giving you the opportunity to design your page as you want from scratch.
Builderall currently offers three pricing plans:
|Plan||Price||What You Get:|
|Builder||$29.90 per month||1 domain, 5 subdomains, 5000 subscribers, and has a 5 GB disk space. Additionally, you’ll also get access to limited tools and features.|
|Premium||$69.90 per month||15 domains, unlimited subdomains, unlimited subscribers, and 10GB disk space. Even though Premium Plan users have more access to additional tools and features compared to Builder, they are still limited.|
|Funnel Club||$99.90 per month||15 domains, unlimited subdomains, unlimited subscribers, and 10GB disk space + unlimited access to all the features|
But as I have already mentioned before, they like to change them quite often.
I’ll try to watch it and update this article as soon as it will change, but I’m sorry in advance if after going to their website you’ll notice that they’re different from what is written here.
I think it’s still worth it!
It’s not so expensive tool compared to its alternatives and they offer way more various tools than any other of their competitors.
Second, Builderall is easy to navigate and convenient to new users with zero experience in online marketing.
Third, Builderall has numerous options; thus, you don’t need to use many tools to navigate your business’s essential services.
Sure, not all things about Builderall are a bed of roses, but the positive outweighs the negative.
If you’re unsure whether or not Builderall is for you or want to take the platform for a test drive before committing, you can enroll for the 30-day trial period.
All you have to do is pay a one-dollar free trial fee.
For the $1.00, you’re signing up for a premium plan. After the trial period lapses, you’ll be charged $69.90 per month or can cancel it.
The free trial period offers essential Builderall features.
You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Invoice section in the dashboard and click cancel.
Builderall offers a 30 days refund after making a purchase.
However, Builderall doesn’t offer refunds if you’ve made commissions through it.
I think their 100% commission policy primarily contributes to this.
If this is true, then Builderall offers a fair trade.
Note that you can always cancel your subscription at any time.
Also, users are only permitted one refund per account.
Therefore, if you’re a paying subscriber, let’s say 3 months, you won’t get a refund.
You must be a Builderall FunnelClub user (which costs $69.90 per month) to be automatically accepted into their affiliate program.
So, all Funnel Club users already have access to affiliate products and links from the dashboard, which they can use to start promoting immediately.
If you’re not a Funnel Club user and you want to join the affiliate program, you are required to submit an application and wait for the approval.
As a Builderall affiliate marketer, you can earn commissions via the platform’s 2-tier commission plan:
Builderall offers extensive support to help users get a grip of the platform.
They offer numerous materials and e-learning resources, making it easier for you to learn how the platform works inside out.
Apart from that, if you have a problem, Builderall has a customer support team you can reach out to.
You can get in touch with them by sending a ticket through the support page.
I saw that people were complaining previously that Builderall support is a weak spot and it can take up to 24 hours (or even longer) to get a response even from the live chat.
This can be very frustrating, especially if you’re operating under tight deadlines.
However, my experience is totally different.
I’ve tried reaching out to their support asking for some help and I got a response from them in less than 3 minutes:
So, no bigger issues for me. They got me back with the solution in just a few minutes.
But it also important to note that after your write to their live chat it throws a message that their main live chat team works only between 9AM to 4PM EST.
This probably can cause issues if you contact them outside of their business hours.
It is also important to note that I did not have the opportunity to contact them for more serious problems. Which would show how they are able to deal with more serious problems.
Let’s take a look at how Builderall compares to its alternatives.
The most known Builderall alternatives which are most similar to this tool are:
Here’s how it looks like against each other.
|Pricing Plans|| |
From the table above, Builderall has similar features compared to its competitors.
Another thing that you can easily notice is that Builderall is the cheapest option, and they offer a lengthier trial period, thus giving you more time to explore and learn more about the platform.
One of the main things that set Builderall apart from other competitors is the number of features it offers.
Truth be told, none of the competitors can offer as many features as Builderall offers.
This allows Builderall users to be particularly flexible with their websites and marketing campaigns.
Another thing is the price of this product.
I think that the number one thing Builderall is missing compared to its alternatives is a user-friendly interface.
For me, the interface at Builderall is very cluttered, whereas ClickFunnels and Kartra make things much clearer and easier to understand.
Also, I think Builderall is lacking professionally-looking templates.
When you compare Builderall to ClickFunnels, the latter has a great page and aesthetic funnel designed templates, but Builderall could use some improvements.
To create a more comprehensive picture of Builderall, I suggest paying attention not only to my ratings and findings but also to the ratings and feedback from users of other review platforms.
Here’s what other real users think about Builderall and how they rate it:
|Platform||Overall User Rating|
As you can see, the overall rating Builderall got from its users is not so bad. Only Trustpilot users rated Builderall very average.
Also, I did quick research, and here’s what I found people like the most about Builderall:
And here’s what people are complaining the most:
Here are my overall rating for the Builderall software.
If you want to use Builderall for websites, sales funnels, and page building, take your time to thoroughly research the features and tools offered.
I suggest taking Builderall for a test drive and start your 30-day trial period for only $1.
You should also consider the fact that you don’t have to integrate with any third-party mailing tools to build your email list and email sequence to make your business more automated.
And one more thing:
Take your time to go through the training videos Builderall offers.
They have a lot of information on Builderall and also on YouTube.
This will help you to quickly master the platform and enjoy what Builderall has to offer.
If you still have doubts and reservations, you can take Builderall for a test drive by enrolling in the 30 days trial period at only $1.
